Rachel Werner
Rachel Werner is the Principal at MyFedTrainer, a leading national compliance training consulting firm, and is the Owner and CEO of RBW Strategy, a grants consulting firm located in the Washington, DC Metro area. Rachel and her team of consultants have garnered over $240 million in grant funding and have managed over $2.5 billion in federal grants. She and her team at MyFedTrainer offer compliance training to groups and individuals to ensure they can manage the complexities of federal grant awards and offer grant management consulting through MyFedTrainer and its affiliation with RBW Strategy. 
Jasmine Markanday

Jasmine Markanday is a unique blend of a seasoned grant professional and a financial expert with over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her specialization in Federal grant readiness, research, writing, and management, coupled with her robust background as both an accountant and a consultant, has honed her deep expertise in grant compliance, particularly concerning 2 CFR 200 and Federal Administrative Regulations. Jasmine holds several esteemed certifications, including Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), Grant Professional Certified (GPC), and Registered Product Owner (RPO). She is also an approved trainer by the Grant Professionals Association (GPA), further underscoring her proficiency and commitment to advancing the field of grants.
Fabrice J. Williams

Fabrice J. Williams is an experienced compliance officer, professional trainer, independent consultant, and certified coach. She began her career as an Academic Coordinator and Assistant Director for a federally and state funded, non-profit, youth
development organization that managed grant awards with the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, AmeriCorps VISTA, and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Williams is a seasoned expert in the federal grants life cycle to ensure regulatory and administrative compliance. She has over 18 years of experience in grants management, program development, adult training and instruction, grant writing, program assessment, and grant administration. Fabrice’s academic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cum laude, from Shaw University (Raleigh, NC); postbaccalaureate studies at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, NC)’ and an earned master’s degree in family life and youth development, with a concentration in administration from North Carolina State University (Raleigh,NC).
