How Does the Webcast Presentation Work for Group Training?
#1 Presentation Method: Join an Existing Webcast
When a Team (up to 10 people) or Entity (up to40 people) registration is received, we will send you a copy of our Team or Entity registration spreadsheet to fill in and return to us with the names and emails of the participants.
You can also download the registration spreadsheet below and return to Joanne@MyFedTrainer.com
Grant Management Boot Camp
Procurement Boot Camp
Single Audit Sucess Academy
Grant Writing Boot Camp
Once we receive the completed Team or Entity registration, we will individually register the participants to receive full-year access to training materials, presentation replays, e-mentoring, and our online resource center.
Easy-peezy! 😀
And if you don’t know all the participants yet, it’s OK!
Put a placeholder on the spreadsheet because you have a full year to use all the registrations.
When you know who will be attending and the dates they will be attending, send an email to Joanne@MyFedTrainer.com, and we will get them registered.
#2 Presentation Method: Train Together on Your Schedule with an Existing Webcast
When you have an EXCLUSIVE SHOWING of our Grant Training Webcasts with a Real-time Live Instructor, the Webcast Process remains the same.
But there’s one critical difference…
We work with you to schedule mutually agreeable dates and times to present the Webcast training to your group.
Here’s how it works:
You still purchase the Team or Entity registrations, as needed for your group, and then select the Exclusive Showing Upgrade for your training.
- We will contact you to schedule the mutually agreeable training dates and times.
- We will also coordinate the shipping of the training materials to your staff locations

- Step Two: Pre-training conference call with your instructor to access your particular goals to tailor the training to your specific objectives.
- Step Three: “Ready, Set” conference call with your instructor before the live training to address any concerns or questions
